As the global leader in the adult incontinence absorbent product category, Kimberly-Clark's Depend brand selected Airplane Corporation to bring the announcement of the evolution of its market-leading incontinence underwear online. The results have been outstanding.
Airplane was given the assignment of designing and developing a microsite and ad campaign that would allow perspective customers to receive a free sample of the new gender specific underwear.

Simple questions were asked of visitors to provide customers with the exact product that fit their body type and absorbency needs.

Airplane developed a custom administration section which tracked every visitors step through the process. This data allowed us to know how many orders were initiated, orders completed, where in the process if an order was abandoned and the number and percentage of orders who opted in to Depend's email mailing list.

At the completion of the product refinement section, vistors were asked to answer a short five question survey about their experiences with incontinence products. The results were tracked by number and percentage and uniquely to each visitor, giving Depend valuable market research data.

A print ad was developed.

Along with a contextually placed banner ad campaign.
